DementiaCare is a web application designed to assist patients suffering from dementia.
It features memory games, health monitoring, medication reminders, and personalized diet suggestions.
The app includes dual dashboards for doctors and caretakers with patient-wise tracking.
Visual accessibility modes like dark, light, and color blind support are integrated.
The project was led and completed in one month and has been submitted for patent by our college.
